Mobius Consulting assisted a client in the consumer goods value chain industry in assessing their Information Security and Privacy maturity using leading frameworks such as Cobit, ITIL, ISO27000, NIST Cyber Security Framework, and GDPR. 

The assessment guided the client on the appropriate level of controls and assurance to implement based on their organisation’s size and the nature of the information they processed. 

 The approach utilised included the below phases: 

  • Initial discovery and profiling phase;
  • Self-assessment; and
  • Roadmap development.

The assessment’s outcome included Risk Treatment, which detailed the client’s current maturity findings and recommendations, and a Remediation Roadmap, which the client can now use to improve their Information Security landscape.
